Updated Version of Process Mastery with Lean Six Sigma

It's been a while coming, but we have finally finished and released the 2023 update to our best selling lean six sigma body of knowledge - Process Mastery with Lean Six Sigma 2nd Edition.

The 2nd edition was written some time ago, so the update was necessary for a couple of reasons.

There has been changes to the software that is referenced in the book. Both Minitab and SigmaXL have gone through revisions and updates, so we needed to catch up to some of the changes they made.

We've continued to evolve how we approach business improvement project work ourselves and needed to incorporate those improvements into the reference text we teach from.

We wanted to expand the distribution beyond Australia and put it out there in a global market. Hence the move to Amazon publishing.

In essence, the text book follows the same structure as it always has though there will be some page numbering implications which we have to adjust to in our training.

The second major change is how the book is distributed. It is now available in most countries through Amazon, and in South Africa it is still distributed by the folk out at SiMine in Johannesburg.
